Tours take place rain or shine- please dress suitably for the occasion.

Advance payment is required to secure your booking.

Full refund up to 7 days before the booking date.

Full payment due after 7 days before the booking date.

All pre-booked tickets to monuments, museums and events are non-refundable and not modifiable.

Paypal or Stripe transfer fees to be covered by the client for deposits and any eventual refunds.

In the case of “unforeseeable events” a full refund of any monies paid will be provided.

“Unforeseeable event” includes a monument being shut due to a strike/ travel restrictions imposed by governments/ natural disasters. Please note that this does not include personal or family illness or injury, poor weather or change of plan.
